When you use our tools (grammar checking, translation, OCR, voice typing), we process the text, images, or audio you submit. Text and images may be sent to Google Cloud APIs for processing. Audio from voice typing may be sent to Google Cloud Speech-to-Text servers for transcription. This content is used solely to provide the requested service and is not stored permanently unless you explicitly save it to your account. When cloud services are unavailable, we use client-side alternatives where your data stays entirely in your browser.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect this data. For anonymous (non-logged-in) users, we store a one-way hash of your IP address to enforce daily usage limits — your actual IP address is not stored in this process.

Text submitted to our grammar checking, translation, and other tools is processed in real-time and is not stored after processing is complete.
